Job description
Amedisys is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide home health OT services across assigned regions. You will work under a physician-approved plan of care, ensuring thorough assessment-based plans and accurate documentation.
Required are an ACOTE-accredited OT program, NBCOT certification, a current state license, and CPR certification, with at least one year of OT experience and strong communication throughout the care team.
