Job description
Eventide’s Home Health Care in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide full‑time home health services in York/Fillmore/Saline counties, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. You will evaluate clients, implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians, families, and the care team to maximize functional independence.
Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Nebraska licensure, CPR certification, and a valid Nebraska driver's license with a good driving record.
