Job description
AccentCare is seeking a Physical Therapist (Home Health) in Longview, TX to evaluate and treat patients within an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, develop and document treatment plans, and ensure care aligns with physician orders and agency policies.
The role requires a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, at least nine months of PT experience, a valid CPR certification, and a valid driver's license to travel to all locations.
