AccentCare seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for Home Health in Brenham, TX, to evaluate and treat patients, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families. The role covers Giddings, Lexington, La Grange areas, with full-time hours and no remote work.
Qualified candidates hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, have at least nine months of PT experience, and hold active licensure in the state of operation. CPR and a valid driver's license are required to travel between locations.
