Job description
Hackensack Meridian Health At Home in Woodland Park, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time home health and hospice care. The RN will provide individualized nursing care in patients’ homes, coordinating with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to orders.
The role requires an NJ RN license with BLS certification and a minimum of six months' RN experience (or one year of LPN). An IV certification is preferred.
