Our portfolio includes a wide array of reputable brands like Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt as well as many unique, independent, boutique and lifestyle properties and restaurants.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspects all assigned suites and public areas to ensure furnishings, equipment, linens, etc. are clean and in good repair.Ensure that all associates have proper supplies, equipment and uniform including name tag, gloves and goggles.Performs all housekeeping duties necessary, including making beds, vacuuming and cleaning.Verifies and updates status of discrepant rooms throughout the shift.Randomly selects assigned rooms to ensure cleanliness.Perform opening and closing shift duties.Notifies GM and/or Chief Engineer of maintenance repairs necessary.Monitor cleanliness of hotel including parking lot and exterior entrances.Acts as Manager on Duty when required.Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectivesEducation and ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years in Housekeeping positionMinimum of High School education, post-high school education preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBasic computer skillsAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingAbility to exceed expectations of guests and team membersExcellent time management skillsThe hiring process may consist of a phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screen, background check, reference checks, and potential employment assessment.
