Job description
Revived Wellness is a premier functional and integrative medicine clinic in Houston focused on helping patients achieve optimal health through advanced, evidence-based wellness therapies.
We are seeking a Full-Time Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) who is compassionate, professional, highly skilled in IV placement, and passionate about providing exceptional patient care.
This is a patient-facing role in which strong IV insertion skills are essential. The ideal candidate is confident with venipuncture, attentive to detail, comfortable working independently, and committed to creating an elevated, personalized patient experience.

You do not hold an active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license.
You are not highly proficient in starting IVs. Excellent IV insertion and venipuncture skills are essential to this position.
You cannot work Saturdays. Saturday availability is required.
You are uncomfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused wellness environment.

Responsibilities
Perform IV insertions, venipuncture, blood draws, injections, and other nursing procedures within scope of practice.
Administer IV therapies and treatments as ordered by the provider.
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatments to ensure safety, comfort, and appropriate response.
Recognize and appropriately respond to patient concerns or adverse reactions.
Educate patients regarding treatments, procedures, and individualized wellness plans.
Provide professional, compassionate, and personalized patient care.
Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough medical documentation.
Follow all infection-control, safety, and clinical protocols.
Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked treatment rooms and equipment.
Assist with maintaining a welcoming, professional, concierge-level patient experience.
Provide concierge/house-call nursing services when needed.
Work collaboratively with providers and other members of the Revived Wellness team.
Qualifications
Current, active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license — Required
Strong clinical assessment and patient-care skills.
Exceptional IV insertion and venipuncture skills — Required
Experience with IV therapy, infusion therapy, or wellness medicine is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a patient-centered approach.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Knowledge of infection-control and patient-safety standards.Positive, dependable, and professional attitude.
Compensation & Bonus Structure
Base Pay: $33.00–$42.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and IV proficiency.
In addition to hourly compensation, eligible full-time nurses may participate in a performance-based bonus program designed to recognize exceptional patient care, reliability, teamwork, and contribution to the growth of Revived Wellness.
Monthly Performance Bonus: Based on attendance, punctuality, clinical performance, patient experience, and overall performance.
Patient Experience Bonus: Additional recognition for consistently providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high patient satisfaction.
Team Performance Bonus: Opportunities to earn additional compensation based on clinic-wide performance and team goals.
Referral Bonus: Bonus opportunities may be available for qualified employee referrals who are successfully hired and complete the required employment period.
Bonus eligibility, amounts, and performance criteria are determined by Revived Wellness and may be modified based on business and performance needs. Bonuses are not guaranteed.

Saturday availability is required. Nurses will not necessarily be scheduled every Saturday, but must be available to work approximately 2–3 Saturdays per month based on clinic needs.
