Vince Key Holder PositionVince is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, luxury-minded Key Holder who leads with selling and elevates every client interaction. You bring energy, expertise, and a deep passion for the Vince brand.You are a top performer who consistently exceeds sales goals, owns your client book, and understand how to turn every client interaction into a meaningful selling opportunity. You will set the tone for the store by demonstrating strong selling behaviors, luxury service standards, and a high level of product knowledge.Compensation:Range for this role is $20-24/hr plus eligibility for sales-based incentive programs. Salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and geographic location.What You'll Be Responsible For:Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectationsBuilding a deep understanding of our fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent and use it as a selling tool to inspire confident purchasing decisionsCultivate and grow a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, personalized follow-up, and referrals) to generate repeat business and deepen client loyaltySpeak confidently about the Vince aesthetic. Turning standard styling conversations into meaningful, brand-focused interactions that drive salesConvert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement, strategic wardrobing, and a genuine consultative selling approachModel best-in-class selling and clienteling behaviors on the floor to inspire and elevate the rest of the teamSupport store operation as needed including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards to maintain an environment that reflects the Vince luxury experienceUphold all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures*Responsibilities may change based on business needs*What You'll Bring:Proven success in a retail sales environment, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metricsStrong selling instincts. You know how to understand the client, create openness, build rapport, and close a sale without pressureDeep understanding of the Vince brand identity and the ability to confidently connect clients to the Vince aesthetic through personalized stylingStrong communication and relationship building that naturally build trust and long-term client loyaltyBrings positive, motivating energy and contributes to a collaborative, high-performing team environmentA self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset. You are proactive about generating business rather than relying on walk-in trafficQualifications/Experience We're Looking For:2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environmentProven ability to meet or exceed sales goalsTeam player who thrives in a collaborative environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills allowing for effective communication with your customersComfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft OfficeAble to climb ladders and stairs; bend, reach, lift, move, and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floorFlexible work schedule; must be open to work weekends, evenings, events, and holidaysBenefits Vince offers a competitive benefits package designed to meet the unique needs of our team members.
