Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Panoramic Healing & Wellness, your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify patients' mental health needs.
Developing tailored treatment plans that integrate evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
Administering therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions align with client goals and preferences.
Maintaining accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and enhance treatment outcomes.
Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management and clinical strategies.
Providing education and support to patients and their families on mental health issues and available resources.
Staying informed on advancements in the mental health field to ensure the highest standard of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
Proficiency in utilizing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective patient rapport.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address treatment challenges.
A commitment to ethical practice in accordance with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) standards.
Preferred Experience
Preferred applicants will have experience in:
Working in community health settings or outpatient clinics.
Utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy sessions.
Leading educational workshops or community outreach initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
