Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed assessments of clients to identify their presenting issues, relevant history, and treatment goals, employing validated methodologies to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness strategies, tailored specifically to the unique needs of each client.
Design, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that encompass a holistic view of clients' mental health, involving ongoing progress assessment and adjustments as needed.
Develop a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to foster trust, emphasizing collaboration and empowering clients to take an active role in their healing process.
Maintain stringent adherence to ethical guidelines and statutory regulations, upholding client confidentiality and safeguarding sensitive information.
Participate in continuous professional development initiatives, including regular training sessions and workshops, to stay informed on the latest therapeutic practices and advancements in the mental health field.
Actively engage with multidisciplinary teams to discuss cases, share insights, and collaborate on treatment approaches, ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
Provide clients with practical coping strategies and guidance to navigate life’s challenges effectively, enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.

Strong clinical competencies, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
