Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine clients’ mental health needs, followed by the formulation of effective and individualized treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.
Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic objectives and monitor their progress through consistent follow-ups and adjustments to their care plans.
Provide teletherapy services to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions or have mobility challenges, ensuring accessible mental health support.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, supporting the continuity and quality of care.
Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance skills, stay informed on best practices, and integrate innovative approaches into your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice serves a diverse client base, primarily targeting individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications
Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential for this role.
Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
Ability to demonstrate empathy, understanding, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences.
Strong organizational skills and capable of managing a balanced caseload while handling administrative tasks efficiently.
Preferred Experience
Experience utilizing teletherapy platforms and modalities to provide effective care in a remote environment.
A background in treating substance use disorders and a familiarity with recovery-oriented practices is a plus.
Exposure to various therapeutic practices, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and mindfulness strategies.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
