Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Infinity Behavioral Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Conducting intake assessments for couples and families to identify their needs and create tailored treatment plans.
Facilitating therapy sessions for couples together, as well as individual sessions with each partner to delve into their unique perspectives and experiences.
Addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol and substance abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, and family conflicts.
Helping families navigate job-related stress, medical issues, and the complexities involved in blended family dynamics.
Providing essential support to individuals dealing with separation, divorce, and communication difficulties, focusing on adjustment strategies for both adults and adolescents.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work will encompass a diverse demographic, reaching out to adults and adolescents struggling with mental health issues related to relationships and family dynamics. You will play a vital role in improving the mental well-being of these patients, supporting them in achieving meaningful personal and relational growth.
Qualifications
A valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a community health clinic or similar settings is preferred, particularly in managing diverse caseloads.
Recent graduates or seasoned professionals are encouraged to apply, especially those showing a passion for working with families and couples.
Flexible availability, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Compensation and Benefits
