Job description
Connections Health Solutions in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Licensed Clinician (CM III) for a full-time day shift (7am-7:30pm) with every other weekend. The role focuses on crisis care, admissions, treatment planning, and discharge coordination within a multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy, PA licensure (LSW or LAC), and is comfortable navigating state crisis processes and 302 involuntary actions.
