Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
Design and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
Conduct individual and group therapy sessions that foster emotional growth and resilience.
Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
Work in tandem with other health professionals, participating in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care.
Provide education and support to clients and their families, empowering them with mental health knowledge and coping strategies.
Engage in continuous education by staying abreast of the latest research in mental health to improve patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients ranging from children to adults who are experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will use solution-focused interventions to aid clients in reaching their treatment goals and enhancing their overall well-being.
Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited program.
A valid mental health counseling license (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) in the state of Georgia.
A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly focusing on psychotherapy.
Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and families.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a community mental health setting or outpatient facility.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client records.
Background in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention.
Skills in providing online therapy or remote counseling services.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
