Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions, applying tailored therapeutic modalities to meet the unique goals of each client.
Respond promptly to crisis situations by delivering intervention strategies and support to clients experiencing acute mental health challenges.
Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, including treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation outcomes.
Work in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care and follow-ups for clients.
Educate clients and their families on mental health issues and available community resources while advocating for their rights and needs as warranted.
Commit to professional growth by engaging in continuous education opportunities, workshops, and training aimed at enhancing clinical competencies.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
