Join Our Passionate Team At Palo Alto Therapy
Are you a therapist who enjoys working with a varied caseload — individuals, teens, adults, and couples? At Palo Alto Therapy, we're a therapist-owned practice with a collaborative, supportive culture, and we're looking for someone who's comfortable and enthusiastic about working across multiple populations.
Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and marketing so you can stay focused on what you do best: great clinical work. Clients are carefully matched to therapists based on clinical interest and fit — so you're working with people you're genuinely passionate about helping.

Couples Support: Couples-specific consultation group and supervision for therapists building or expanding their couples caseload
Great Client Matching: We take the time to match you with clients you're excited to work with
No Admin Hassles: We handle scheduling, billing, intake, and marketing so you can focus on clients
