Job description
Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents, residing on campus and guiding a group of 8-13 students in a family-like home environment.
Starting with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, couples may advance to a placed houseparent role. Compensation includes $46,917 per person and total compensation near $180,000 per couple, plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
