Full-Time Live-Out HousekeeperA private family in Surfside, Florida, is seeking an experienced Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper to help maintain their residence.The family consists of a couple and their 8 year old daughter. The residence is a two story, approximately 10k sq. ft single-family home. A second Housekeeper works Monday through Friday from 7AM to 4PM, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working as part of a team.Work Schedule: Live-out, Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.Days Off: Sundays and MondaysResponsibilitiesPerform daily housekeeping and maintain the residence to high-end standardsClean and organize all assigned areas of the homeHandle family laundry and household linensCare for, organize, and properly store linensMaintain kitchen organization and cleanlinessAssist with kitchen cleanup after dinnerWash and prepare fruits and vegetablesClean and organize the refrigeratorReceive deliveries and put away groceriesMonitor household supplies and maintain inventoryWork closely with the other Housekeeper as part of a teamProvide light pet care for the family's small, 10-year-old toy poodleMaintain the residence while the family travels during the summerPerform additional household duties as neededNo regular cooking is required; however, the candidate should be comfortable providing light assistance in the kitchen and cleaning up after dinner.The family spends part of the summer in the Hamptons. The Housekeeper will remain employed year-round and will continue maintaining the Surfside residence while the family is away.RequirementsPrevious experience cleaning and maintaining high-end private residencesExcellent laundry, linen care, and organizational skillsAbility to work well with another Housekeeper as part of a teamChild-friendly and comfortable working in a home with an 8-year-old childComfortable caring for a small dogAble to maintain discretion and respect the family's privacySeeking a long-term positionCompensation and Benefits$35 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, Paid time off, Long-term, year-round employment
