Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Full Time LPN to provide compassionate, clinically sound care in a correctional healthcare setting. You will perform assessments, medication administration, wound care, and chronic disease management while supporting compliance with state and facility regulations. Working closely with RNs, physicians, and custody staff, you’ll ensure a safe, respectful environment for incarcerated patients.
