Southern Health Partners is seeking a Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Lee County Jail in Georgia. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants to use their clinical skills in a setting where every shift brings the chance to make a meaningful difference.
As an LPN, you will provide compassionate, patient-focused care while working alongside a dedicated correctional healthcare team.
What You'll Do
* Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional healthcare setting
* Perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions
* Respond to urgent and routine medical needs
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support continuity of care
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Follow established policies, procedures, and standards of care
