Machine OperatorSince 1995, PRI Plus has specialized in manufacturing label constructions engineered to perform across a wide range of Label Printing Industry applications.PRI Plus is seeking a full-time Machine Operator to join their team M-F 8:00AM - 4:30PM.The machine operator is responsible for setting up the roll of paper on press and slitting to a specific width and length per the customer order.Responsibilities & DutiesSetting up machine to slit product to customer specifications.Load rolls onto press.Inspect quality of rolls before production begins and continuously check the quality of the product as it is produced.Properly document quality inspections.Remove rolls in a timely manner.Complete Lockout/Tagout training sessions.Relay safety incidents or concerns to management.Understand and follow all safety procedures and policies.Drive forklift (training will be provided).Willing to cross train.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required.Basic math and proof-reading skills.Attention to detail.Ability to problem solve and communicate clearly with production & manager.Work well independently.Willing to cross train on various equip.Must be able to stand 8-10 hours per day.BenefitsMedical & Life InsuranceVisionDentalPaid vacationPaid holidays401kProfit Sharing
