Maintenance Mechanic/GroundskeeperSeabrook School District is actively seeking a candidate for a Full-Time Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper. The Maintenance Mechanic/Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining school buildings, grounds, athletic facilities, and equipment in a safe, clean, and efficient condition. This position performs skilled maintenance and repair work on school facilities while also providing year-round groundskeeping services to ensure a safe and attractive learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED requiredTechnical training or experience in building maintenance, mechanical systems, groundskeeping, or a related field preferredWorking knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and landscaping practicesAbility to safely operate maintenance equipment, power tools, tractors, mowers, and snow removal equipmentValid driver's license requiredAbility to obtain required certifications as determined by the district
