We are looking for a full-time Managerial Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, have experience in construction or trades setting, and be ready to take ownership of our accounting operations.
nResponsibilities:
nnManage day-to-day accounting operations
nPrepare accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
nDevelop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
nOversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and job costing
nCreate new processes to improve financial efficiency
nReport analysis and findings to management team
nSupport budgeting and financial reporting
n nQualifications:
nnDegree in Accounting, Finance, or related field relevant experience
nStrong understanding of Construction Accounting
nProficiency in QuickBooks and other packages .
nMicrosoft Office
nExcellent organizational and communications skills
nFundamental knowledge of GAAP
nStrong analytical and problem solving skills
