Job description
Join Encompass Health as an LPN/LVN in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Provide direct, patient-centered nursing care including medication administration, wound care, monitoring vital signs, and supporting rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to promote safe, effective recovery and excellent outcomes. You’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
