nnA Full-Time Merchandiser Order Writer is a frontline force for retail excellence. As a Brand Execution Merchant, you’ll bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store – building relationships, stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring shoppers always find their favorite snacks right where they expect them. Your work delights consumers, drives results, and keeps our iconic brands front and center: perfectly placed, impossible to miss, and always in stock.
nPrimary responsibilities include:
nnnRepresent Mondelēz: in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owners of the biscuit aisle.
n
nnServe as the face of the company: delivering outstanding customer service to both store teams and shoppers
n
nnExecute daily: store visits following Mondelēz’ Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos, via digital merchandising initiative (DMI)
n
nnBuild and maintain: strong relationships with store personnel, such as backroom receivers and store managers, to support execution and visibility of our brands
n
nnOrder product: via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for both shelf and display using Salesforce
n
nnImplement promotional displays: and ensure compliance with your Retail Territory Manager (RTM)-negotiated plans with the stores
n
nnFollow daily schedules: and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team and colleagues
n
nnSupport seasonal sales: new product launches, and high visibility merchandising events
n
nnCommunicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to your RTM and management team
n
nnStay Safe & Compliant: embracing the physical nature of the role – including lifting, bending, and moving product through a snack-powered hustle
n
n nKey Competencies Required:
nnnRetail Execution Excellence – Skilled in implementing planograms, building displays, and maintaining shelf standards that drive visibility and sales

nnCustomer Service Mindset – Approachable, upbeat, and committed to delivering a positive experience for both store teams and shoppers

nnDigital Fluency – Comfortable using mobile tools (iPad/tablet & applications) to place orders, capture photos, and follow daily schedules

nnCollaborative Communication – Able to build trust with store personnel and communicate effectively with RTMs and management

nnAdaptability & Initiative – Flexible in responding to store needs, seasonal priorities, and promotional opportunities with a proactive attitude

nnPhysical Readiness – Energetic and capable of lifting, bending, and moving product throughout the day with pride and purpose

nnTime & Task Management – Organized and efficient in following daily schedules and completing store visits with consistency

nRequirements Include:
nnnBe at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
n
nnHigh School Diploma or GED preferred; or can earn your GED while gaining the skills!
n
nn1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
n
nnSomeone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
n
nnAbility to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
n
nnAbility to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. Occasionally, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stockroom to store floor and stocking the store’s shelves.

nnLive within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Bennington, VT
n
nnSecondary Location: Manchester, VT & North Adams, MA

nSalary and Benefits:
nHourly compensation rate of $16.00 to $18.00.
