Manage staff including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, and conducting professional development.
Assist in developing staffing plans, budgets, and responding to operational changes to meet financial goals.
Oversee patient care according to planned interventions, ensuring documentation aligns with policies.
Create collaborative care plans based on assessments and medical treatments.
Monitor staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, handle staffing needs, and address disciplinary actions.
Ensure department meets operational goals set by leadership.
Support payroll, staffing, and communication efforts within the team.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
2-5 years of experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
