Job description
LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide independent, skilled patient care in a clinical/homecare setting. The RN will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient needs while coordinating with care providers for quality outcomes.
The role requires strong documentation, medication administration, and education for patients and families. The night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM offers an opportunity to support vulnerable patients with compassionate, evidence-based care.
