Who You Are You’rea licensed Nurse Practitioner with a passion forserving older adults and those with complex mentalhealth needs. You thrive in an independent,flexible environment and are motivated by purpose, empathy,and progress.
Your Role As a Nurse Practitioner at PGS, you will delivercompassionate psychiatric care to residents in skillednursing and long-term care settings. You will workautonomously while staying connected to a robust clinical andadministrative support team.
KeyResponsibilities:
Conduct on-site psychiatricassessments and medication management
Coordinate careand consult with facility teams (Administrator, Director ofNursing, Social Services)
Adhere to state and federalclinical guidelines and PGS protocols
Educate staffand support holistic, patient-centered care
Maintainclear, timely documentation

Requirements
State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD, DC, VA,or PA required)
Active DEA license
Monday–Friday availability during normal businesshours
Ability to stand for 20 minutes and lift up to15 pounds
