Job Title and Location: Nurse Practitioner – Irvine area, covering Orange County.
Shift Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Advanced Practice Registered Nursing.
Completion of End of Life Nursing Education Program (ELNEC) – all 8 modules within 18 months of employment.
Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License within the state of employment.
MSN or Doctoral Degree required.
Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing desired.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; compliance with all state and federal driving regulations.
Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to patient locations.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Must clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.
May be required to work outside regular hours depending on business needs.
What you'll be doing
Assess signs and symptoms of discomfort, including presence of pain, and take prompt and appropriate action.
Initiate plan of care and provide all services to patients/families in all settings.
Provide direct face‑to‑face visits to referred and existing patients; contact physicians for patient updates.
Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations and JCAHO standards (if applicable).
Participate in the QAPI program.
Anticipated pay range: $75,000 - $80,000 USD.
