Minimum Qualifications for the Occupational Therapist position include: Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license in good standing

One year of experience working in LTC setting but willing to train new grads

Experience working in a Person-Directed care community preferred

Genuine passion for working with elders

Strong team work/collaboration skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)

Strong organization and time management skills
