Awell-established,privateMD/ODpracticeinHarrisburg,PAisseekingafull-timeOptometristtotakeoveraloyal,built-inpatientbaseasourlongtimeODpreparesforretirement.Thisisararechancetostepintoathrivingpracticewithanexistingschedule,strongreferralrelationships,andacollaborativemedicalmodel—withoutthegrowingpainsofstartingfromscratch.

Balancedscopeofcare:Agreatmixofcomprehensiveeyeexams,medicaloptometry,andpost-operativecarealongsideourophthalmologyteam
Reasonablepatientvolume:Averageof24patientsperday(highervolumeonpost-opdays),fullysupportedbyexperiencedtechniciansandascribesoyoucanfocusonpatientcare,notpaperwork
Truework-lifebalance:Monday–Fridayschedulewithnoeveningsandnoweekends—ever
