Optometrist (OD)
Position Highlights
Full-time Optometrist position with a well-established private practice near Longmeadow, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants a balanced schedule, a diverse patient base and the clinical autonomy that comes with full-scope practice. This practice has great reviews!
Schedule
Full-time, four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
No evenings, no weekends — enjoy a true three-day weekend, every week
The Practice
Full scope optometry: approximately 60% comprehensive care, 40% medical
Patient base spans pediatric through geriatric, offering variety and continuity of care
Comfortable patient volume — 3 to 4 patients per hour, supported by dedicated, experienced technicians
Located in a highly desirable area with ample, convenient parking
Compensation & Benefits
Excellent compensation: base salary range of $130,000-180,000 commensurate with experience
Bonus based on production

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)
Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
License to practice in the state of
Excellent clinical and communication skills
