Lead Orthodontist – Fredericksburg & Stafford, Virginia There is something exciting about building a practice from the ground up. Rappahannock Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Lead Orthodontist to serve our established practices in Fredericksburg and Stafford, Virginia . We're looking for the doctor who will become an important part of these practices—the person patients trust, team members look to for direction, and families throughout the community recommend to others. That's the kind of Lead Orthodontist we're looking for. Being the Lead Orthodontist doesn't mean simply being the most senior doctor in the building. You'll help establish expectations around clinical excellence, communication, patient experience, teamwork, and accountability. We want a doctor who will ask: Practice Like a Doctor. You don't have to own every administrative responsibility to care deeply about the success of a practice. We want our Lead Orthodontist thinking beyond individual production. Are we building relationships with the community? Southern Orthodontic Partners provides support across areas such as operations, recruiting, marketing, HR, finance, and other administrative functions so that your time and expertise can stay focused where they have the greatest impact. You lead the clinical experience and help shape the practices. We provide the infrastructure to help you succeed.
We're interested in an orthodontist who has already developed clinical confidence and is ready to use that experience to influence an entire practice. You don't need to have held "Lead Orthodontist" on your business card. We're looking for a doctor who: Connects naturally with children, teens, adults, and parents Thinks about the health of the entire practice—not just their own schedule Full-time, four-day clinical workweek

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program. Certificate of completion from an accredited postgraduate orthodontic program. Current Virginia dental license or eligibility to obtain one. Ability to support a full-time, four-day clinical schedule.
