Location: Bowling Green, Kentucky Type: Full-Time, Outpatient (M-F)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs.
Provide evidence-based medication management while monitoring treatment effectiveness and adjusting care as appropriate.
Collaborate with therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Engage patients and families with empathy and education, fostering therapeutic relationships that support long-term stability and wellness.

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry with an active (or eligible) Kentucky medical license.
Committed to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care with a focus on long-term outcomes.
Values collaboration and enjoys partnering with therapists and advanced practice providers to support whole-person treatment.
Demonstrates strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a thoughtful approach to patient care.
