Full-Time Permanent Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in Louisiana

Job description

You will enjoy working in Lafayette, a city along the Vermillion River in southwestern Louisiana known as the heart of Cajun Country and the cultural center of Louisiana's heritage.

This role involves solo physician coverage at a specialty hospital with an annual volume of 24,000 patients.

12‑hour shifts for physicians; 8–10 hour shifts for NP/PA

Immediate need; able to start upon credentialing

Competitive hourly rate; 1099 compensation structure

ABEM preferred; FM boards with EM experience considered

Rich culture located just one hour to Baton Rouge and two hours to New Orleans
