Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of WA).

CH About: Compensation: $82K - $100K/year + $5K Sign on bonus, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
