Full-Time Physical Therapist - $8,000 Signing Incentive
Job Title: Mobile Physical Therapist – $8,000 Retention Bonus & Flexible Schedule!
Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 annually + $8,000 Retention Bonus!

Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate client function and mobility through in-home assessments
Design and implement patient‑specific rehab strategies
Provide hands‑on therapy, exercise instruction, and equipment recommendations
Collaborate with nurses, aides, and family caregivers
Requirements
Current MN license as a Physical Therapist
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel
Passion for client‑centered rehabilitation
