Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical assessments to create individualized treatment plans.
Communicate evaluation findings and treatment goals clearly to patients and their families, ensuring they are engaged in the rehabilitation process.
Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercise therapy, manual therapy techniques, and modalities suited to each patient’s needs.
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records for each patient session, compliant with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care to patients.
Educate patients and their families on self-management strategies and preventive exercises to promote recovery and prevent future injuries.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain management. As a physical therapist at Camel Physical Therapy Solutions, you will work closely with diverse groups, from pediatric to geriatric patients, tailoring your therapeutic approach based on each individual's unique circumstances and needs. Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field. You must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey or eligible for licensure. Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping others are essential in this role.
Preferred Experience
