As a Physical Therapist in our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources. Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalized therapy to an average of 7 patients daily, assisting them in achieving their mobility goals through evidence-based practices.
Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and educating patients and their families on the rehabilitation process.
Coordinate with a diverse healthcare team to create and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring continuity and quality of care during every stage of the patient's recovery journey.
Document all patient interactions meticulously using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Lead therapeutic activities and develop customized exercise programs while incorporating the latest methodologies in physical therapy.

Qualifications
A valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of New York.
A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or similar rehabilitation environment.
Familiarity with various rehabilitation techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
Proficiency in using EHR systems for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
Your hard work will be rewarded with a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
