POSITION DETAILS
Location: On-site in Columbia Falls or Kalispell, MT
Schedule: Full-time, typically a 4/10 schedule

Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Montana Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate treatment techniques
Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, and wellness practices
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomesCollaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards
