Production OperatorYUSA Corporation, located in Washington Court House, Ohio, is seeking highly motivated individuals with current or previous manufacturing experience to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals looking to contribute to a growing organization in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad materials and components onto production linesAssemble small components with precision and attention to detailApply spray paint or adhesive as required for various productsConduct inspections to ensure quality standards are metPack finished products efficiently and accurately for shipmentRotate through different stations to support production needsSkills and QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or production experience preferredAbility to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistencyStrong attention to detail and quality standardsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work effectively in a team environmentReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicAbility to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weightsAt YUSA Corporation, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values growth and development. Join us and become part of a company dedicated to excellence and innovation in manufacturing.RequirementsPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively.Must be able to stand stationary on concrete for long periods of time.Pushing and pulling containers of parts from and to work areaMental concentration to ensure quality products are packed and rejects are disposed of properly.Ability to read work standards and complete written work records daily.Climb steps and ladders and/or stand on platform working in press area.Interested candidates must be comfortable in a manufacturing setting, committed to work safely as part of the production team, take pride in producing high quality parts, be committed to coming to work every day scheduled, and be willing to learn as they grow with the company.First shift hours are 5am-3:30pm Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through FridaySecond shift hours are 3:30pm-2am Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through FridayOvertime is scheduled based on Production needs.
