Production TechnicianLocation: South Windsor, CT Salary: $24/hr - $26/hr + BenefitsFull-Time Role/Direct-HireJob Description:Maintain/troubleshoot high-speed production equipment, log calls in FIIX, install wiring/hardware, track parts, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.Key Duties:Perform preventive/corrective repairs; respond to support calls.Install/relocate equipment; suggest inventory levels.Foster team morale; feedback on juniors.Requirements:HS diploma; 3+ yrs production repair exp.Insertion platform cert preferred (Blue Crest, etc.).Lift 25+ lbs; strong communication.Thanks and Regards,Clinton Sharma
