Job description
Alliance for Wellness is a well-established physician founded and physician-led psychiatric group serving Southern California since 2010.
We are currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Providers to support our Orange County partners.
Responsibilities
Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.
Position Details and Qualifications
Will be supporting one of our partner hospitals around Orange County. (Huntington Beach, Garden Grove or West Anaheim)
Primarily Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) rounding, with potential Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) coverage.
Opportunity to oversee Nurse Practitioners, if preferred.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday + one weekend per month.
Salary Package starting at $350,000 annually.
1099 Independent Contractor position.
BE/BC in Psychiatry.
