Job description
Great Strides Rehabilitation, an H2 Health Company, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for full-time work in our Jacksonville, FL outpatient pediatric setting. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental needs under supervision.
You will implement structured treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the supervising BCBA to promote communication, social skills, and daily living abilities in a supportive environment.
