Job description
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a travel staffing team providing care in diverse settings.
Responsibilities Include
Utilizing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver personalized patient care
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to coordinate and evaluate care plans
Providing care across all phases of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
Planning, assessing, educating patients, performing triage, and implementing various nursing interventions
Practicing within the scope of nursing standards, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines
Qualifications And Skills
Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
Hold an unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure
At least one year of nursing experience and six months of travel nursing experience
Ability to work night shifts, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
Key Duties
Providing patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining required competencies and certifications
Adhering to professional standards, ethical practices, and state regulations
