Evolve Mind Therapy Collective is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapeutic services remotely to a diverse clientele. Work Environment
This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that enhance work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients to foster trust and openness.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
Provide counseling sessions to individuals and couples, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
Monitor patients’ progress through regular sessions and ongoing assessments, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
Lead psychoeducational groups focusing on mental health topics relevant to client needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to their treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work at Evolve Mind Therapy will primarily focus on diverse adults, adolescents, couples, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications
A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Illinois.
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
Exceptional counseling and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage clients.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices, particularly in addiction counseling and co-occurring disorders, is preferred.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience working in telehealth settings or outpatient facilities.
Specialized training or experience in addiction treatment and recovery.
Success in developing and implementing effective treatment plans that lead to positive client outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
