The Leasing & Marketing Representative will serve as the face of the Ascend property in Lancaster, PA, creating a welcoming and engaging experience for all visitors. This role is responsible for greeting prospects and residents, supporting apartment rentals, coordinating move-ins, and managing lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include generating and managing leasing traffic, touring and leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, and completing all move-in paperwork and procedures. Highly detail-oriented, outgoing candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment will be especially successful in this position. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. This is a lease up and will require flexible hours, some evenings, and every other weekend. Starting Rate: $20.00/hr. *Potential to increase based on experience. Also qualifies for leasing commissions and renewal bonuses.Responsibilities of our Reps:Greeting all guests at the property making them feel welcome and addressing their needsMaintaining the property social media pages and websiteGathering information about the property surrounding community and competitionPromptly responding to phone calls and emails from guests, checking knock daily and replying promptlyLeading guest through vacant and or model apartments discussing the features and benefits of the community and how we're able to meet the needs of the guestContinual follow up with each potential residentInspecting vacant and models daily as well as amenity spacesScheduling and coordinating leasing signageHaving an active role in marketing outreach, including shopping competitive properties, preparing marketing outreach, grid and attending outside marketing events as necessaryActively promoting resident retention programs including events, attending events and socializing at resident eventsPerforming various administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing teamOur next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:High school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license requiredA minimum of six (6) months experience with the multifamily community preferredSoftware skills and knowledge preferred MS office Word, Excel PowerPoint and MRI preferredExceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal relationship abilities requiredAbility to multitask and remain highly organized are a mustWorking for The High Companies:Excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision available for full-time coworkers.Access to the Healthy Rewards programVacation is offered to regular full-time coworkers and is earned annually on your anniversary date.
