Southern Health Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our healthcare team at the Waushara County Jail .
This is a unique opportunity for an RN who wants to stay clinically engaged while taking on a role that includes coordination, organization, and clinical oversight.
And the schedule? 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
No nights. No rotating hospital units. No mandatory weekends. Just a consistent daytime schedule that gives you more predictability in your life outside of work.
đź©ş What You'll Do
As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll help coordinate the delivery of quality healthcare services while remaining involved in patient care.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting
* Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties
* Coordinate the daily activities of the healthcare team
* Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and healthcare staff
* Collaborate with correctional officers, healthcare providers, and facility leadership
* Help ensure patient care is delivered according to SHP policies and applicable standards
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care
* Assist with the organization and day-to-day operations of the medical department
* Work independently while serving as a dependable clinical resource for the team
