Southern Health Partners (SHP) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to oversee and support healthcare services at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin.

This is an opportunity to combine your nursing expertise with clinical coordination, team support, and day-to-day medical department operations. You'll play an important role in ensuring patients receive quality, compassionate care while helping the healthcare team work together effectively.

🩺 What You'll Do

As the RN Medical Team Administrator, you'll help lead the delivery of quality patient care while keeping your clinical skills in action.

Your responsibilities will include:

Provide and oversee nursing care for patients in a correctional healthcare setting.

Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed.

Coordinate daily healthcare operations and support the activities of the medical team.

Serve as a clinical resource for healthcare staff, promoting safe and consistent patient care.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, correctional officers, and facility leadership.

Support compliance with SHP policies, clinical protocols, and applicable healthcare standards.

Maintain accurate medical records and promote continuity of care.

Help organize daily medical department activities and address patient care needs.
