Southern Health Partners is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Cullman County Jail .

🩺 What You'll Do
As part of our correctional healthcare team, you'll provide hands-on care to patients while working alongside dedicated healthcare professionals.
Your responsibilities may include:
* Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
* Administering medications and treatments within your scope of practice
* Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
* Recognizing changes in patient condition and communicating concerns appropriately
* Providing patient education and supporting continuity of care
* Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
* Following established clinical protocols and standards of care
* Collaborating with nurses, providers, and correctional staff
* Maintaining a professional, compassionate approach to patient care
* Helping create a safe and therapeutic healthcare environment
